Do you accept returns?
We accept returns if the item is damaged. Please check your delivery on receipt and contact us as soon as possible.
Can paintings be viewed before purchase?
Paintings can be viewed at the studio. We are open to the public on Saturday, 10am - 5pm and Wednesday-Friday 10.30am-12.30pm. Alternatively, please use the contact tab to arrange an appointment.
Can you provide me with more information about a painting?
Please use the contact form to ask any questions you have. More photographs and measurements can be supplied as required.
How are my items delivered?
Greetings cards are sent by first class post.
Prints are sent by tracked 48 hour royal mail or dpd delivery.
Paintings require more careful shipping so we either deliver these ourselves or employ a specialist courier. Therefore please allow up to 2 weeks for this.
